Intro
For appliance brands, the review is the moment of truth. Before anyone adds to basket, they scroll to the stars. We set out to help three brands build a steady supply of authentic, high quality reviews, then put those reviews to work driving registration, loyalty and sales.

We ran each brand through the part of the engine it needed most.
Russell Hobbs: Smart product sampling to the right testers, drawn from our own tester community, turned real use into real feedback: 240 reviews at a 4.6 average across eight products, hitting 100% of target in under four weeks.
Haier: A full incentive campaign managed end to end. Buy a Haier washing machine, register it, receive an exclusive Lenor wellness package. We ran the creative, ads, landing pages, logistics and fulfilment, then a follow-up review drive with a Haier Air Fryer prize, closing the loop from purchase to repeat engagement.
Electrolux: As lead agency we built the strategy, KPIs and a central Review Engine for collection, moderation, display, distribution and analytics, growing reviews displayed on their brand sites from 10,000 to over 100,000 in 12 months.
RESULTS
Across all three brands, reviews stopped being a box to tick and became an asset that compounds: authentic ratings from day one for Russell Hobbs, a purchase turned into reward and repeat feedback for Haier, and a review operation that scales across Europe for Electrolux. More than collecting stars, it builds trust, captures first party data and brings customers back.
